Business Brink

It's 1:50 AM and I'm trying to work on editing episode 14 to keep my promise I made to have a new episode out... it's just not happening, man! I will have episode 14 out this week, however I have so many tasks on my desk right now that it'll have to wait until the end of the week... sigh.

As a heads up, I'm planning on episode 15 or 16 being the episode I'll enter for The Lot contest.

I was just looking at the stats for the Business Brink podcast feed and was pleased to see that it is growing. I know it can grow a lot faster than it has, however, and it's completely my own fault for not dedicating more time to bringing you episodes more regularly. Now that I have committed to putting out an episode on a weekly basis I'll monitor the subscriptions to see if it makes a difference.

I have really been swamped lately with work (thank goodness!) and so my goal of having the Zoom Agent website up and running by Jan. 1 quickly came and went. I am, however, making progress on the website and will keep you posted as I get close to launching it. Not sure how fancy I'll be able to make it because I'm so busy working on work for my clients... but stay tuned.

I have recently decided that I will be submitting a short film for the new TV show ON THE LOT. I'll let you know once I have submitted the film... I will make the film a special episode on the podcast as well.

... or Tuesday. I'm committing myself to bring you a new episode every week. During the first couple of months of starting Zoom Agent were very time-consuming (sigh), but this story is important to tell. It's important for fence-sitting entrepreneurs to see that it is possible to make the leap and start your own company. My role, at least for now, is to tell you my own story so that you can learn from my experiences (both the good and bad).

Also, I will be working hard on adding more functionality to this website (forum, library, resources, etc.) so that you can get more out of your visit than just watching me (we both know how boring it can get just watching me).
