Business License

At the beginning of 2006, when I established Zoom Agent as an LLC, I went through the process of obtaining a business license. Why get a business license if I'm not even doing it full time yet? Well, There are several reasons:
- Establish credit for myself for the future. If I go to get any sort of loan (business, house, etc.) and I am a business owner, lenders like to see at least 2 years history with a business license.
- Avoid legal issues. With a business license, you can avoid some unnecessary legal issues that otherwise might arise if you're caught conducting a business without one.
- Looking the part. With a business license, I suppose you can look more the part of having a real business.
Speaking of which, I recently moved and need to get a new business license for the city I live in now.
